AI receptionist

The call you miss
is the job you lose.

You are on a roof, under a sink, or driving. The phone rings, goes to voicemail, and that customer calls the next name on the list. An AI receptionist answers every time and texts you the job before you have climbed down.

What it does

It answers like someone who works for you.

01

Answers

Picks up on the first ring, every hour of every day. No hold music, no voicemail, no queue.

02

Qualifies

Asks what the job is, where it is, how urgent, and whether it is the kind of work you actually want.

03

Books or routes

Puts it in the calendar, or pushes a genuine emergency straight through to your phone.

04

Tells you

Texts you the lead with everything it collected, and files it in your CRM so nothing gets lost.

Why it works

Most businesses do not have a lead problem. They have an answering problem.

The call you cannot take

Nobody calls one contractor. They call three and go with whoever picks up. If you are working, you are not answering, and the marketing you already paid for pays a competitor instead.

The evening and the weekend

Homeowners look for trades on Saturday morning and after dinner. Those hours are usually dead for a small business, and they are exactly when somebody has finally sat down to deal with the problem.

How we build it

Two weeks, and you approve every word.

01

We listen first

How you greet people, what you ask, what you never want said. The agent copies how you already work rather than importing a script from somewhere else.

02

You hear it before anyone else

We test it against real call scenarios and you listen to the recordings. It does not answer a customer until you say it is right.

03

It keeps getting tuned

Calls get reviewed, answers get corrected, and it changes as your business does. A voice agent set up once and left alone drifts within a season.

Questions

The things people ask before they say yes.

Will it sound like a robot?

No. It is a natural voice with normal pacing and interruption handling, and you approve exactly how it speaks before it answers a single real call. Most callers do not ask.

What happens if it cannot answer something?

It hands the call to you rather than guessing. We set the rules together: emergencies go straight through, anything outside its brief gets taken as a message with a callback number.

Does it quote prices?

Only if you want it to, and most of our clients do not. The default is that it collects the job details and gets them to you, because a wrong number over the phone is expensive to walk back.

How long does it take to set up?

Usually about two weeks from the first call. Most of that is us learning how you actually talk to customers, then you listening to it and telling us what to change.

What does it cost to run?

There is a build fee and a monthly. Call charges are billed at cost and shown to you before it goes live — we do not mark up minutes.
